**First two sets are warm-up sets beginning at 50% or 60%. The last 3 sets will be at 80%, 85%, and 90% of your 1RM.

 

Level 1 & 2 WOD:

3 rounds for time:
6 Clean and Jerk @ 80% of your 1RM
Run 400m

 

**Focus on good, clean technique today during your workout. Dial in your positions regardless of if you go heavier or lighter.  Master the fundamentals.

MOD 1: 75%

MOD 2: 70%

MOD 3: 65%
