Level 2 WOD

3 Rounds (each round is 5 minutes) for Max Reps of:
1 minute Power Snatch (95,65)
1 minute Burpees over bar
1 minute Overhead Squats (95,65)
Sprint 200m
Rest until the 5 minute mark then start again.

 

Level 1 WOD

3 Rounds (each round is 5 minutes) for Max Reps of:
1 minute Power Snatch (45,35)
1 minute Burpees over bar
1 minute Overhead Squats (45,35)
Sprint 200m
Rest until the 5 minute mark then start again.
