Pre-WOD test:

WOD:

*THIS SHOULD BE A QUICK PACED WORKOUT

3 rounds for time:

30 Wall Balls (use one ball lighter than you normally use… go for big sets)

30 Box Jump Overs

 

**If you normally use a 6# ball and that is a challenge, do jumping squats instead of Wall balls and step-up and overs (24”,20”).

 

Post-WOD re-test:

Run 1 mile
