Level 1 & 2 WOD:

7 rounds on the 3 minute interval

Run 200m

Complete as many reps as possible until the 2:30 mark..

Alternate between Wall Balls (20,16) and Box Jumps (24”,20”)

**if weather is bad, you can row instead of run

 

Grunt Work:

Complete 5 Rope Climbs as quickly as possible

MOD 1: WB (16,14)

MOD 2: WB (14,10)

MOD 3: WB (10,6), (3 plates)

MOD 4: WB (6), Orange Hurdle Jumps
