Level 2 WOD:

5 rounds of 3 minute AMRAP
3 squat clean thrusters (135,95)
6 Burpees Over Bar
9 Toes To Bar
**In between each 3 minute AMRAP you will have 1 minute to do as many double unders as you can. Your final score will be the total number of reps completed on the 3 minute AMRAPS plus the total number of DU completed after each round.

 

Level 1 WOD:

5 rounds of 3 minute AMRAP

6 Burpees Over Bar
9 V-ups

MOD 1: SCT (115,75), KTE

MOD 2: SCT (95,65), V-ups holding a 6#WB between knees

MOD 1: SC (75,55)

MOD 2: SC (65,45), rapid fire lateral bar jumps

MOD 3: SC (45,35), lateral bar jumps (no rapid fire necessary)
