Level 1 &2 WOD:
10 rounds on the 2 minute interval:
3 Front squat + 3 Overhead Squat + 3 Back Squat

**start at 70% if your max OHS and go from there. No racks today, start the bar on the ground. You will complete 9 lifts every 2 minutes.
**score today will be heaviest load lifting successfully
