Strength Session:

Strict Press

4 x 8 unbroken reps

**Start at 50% of your 1RM and work up to as heavy as possible and still complete the set unbroken. In between sets, complete 2 rounds of the Burgener warm-up with an empty bar

 

Level 2 WOD:

Every minute on the minute x 12 minutes:

Odd minutes: 4 Power Snatch + 4 Overhead Squats (115,75)

Even minutes: 5 Triple Unders

 

Level 1 WOD:

Every minute on the minute x 12 minutes:

Odd minutes: 4 Power Snatch + 4 Overhead Squats (75,55)

Even minutes: 20 Double Unders
