20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95,65)

30 Abmat Sit-ups with a Dumbbell (35,25… hold it so the black ends are in your hands)



Post WOD Strength

Hang Cleans (you can do squat cleans or power cleans)

3 x 80,85,90% of your 1RM clean

**In between sets, accumulate 20 seconds in an L-sit
