(Mobility doesn’t have to be painful when you have a friend doing it with you!)

Level 2

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
25 Supermans
20 Handstand Pushups
15 Knees to Elbows
10 Burpees

 

Level 1

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
21 Supermans
15 Handstand Pushups to 2 abmats
12 second L-hang (you can break, but accumulate a total of 12 seconds in the hold, feet above hips)
9 Burpees

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: HSPU to 1 abmat

MOD 2: HSPU to 2 abmats (you MUST be able to do an RX Knees to Elbows if you choose this option.  If not, go to L1RX)

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: Kick to HS, 12 second knee raise hang
