(Bruce has been coming in on his own time to do some grunt work that will help him improve his weaknesses. Here he is practicing his overhead squat technique, which has always been one of the movements that challenges him the most. As coach Amber has said before: “Take your weaknesses and turn them into your strengths.” What can you do this week to improve your weakest movement?)
Level 1 & 2 & Bootcamp WOD:
Every minute on the minute x 30 minutes:
Odd minutes: 15 calorie row
Even minutes: 15 Burpees
**The above numbers are your targets. If you fail to get this number, make your new goal the amount of calories or reps you did achieve within the minute. your score total will look something like 15/15 (if you complete it all the way through) or 12/10 (if you rowed 12 calories and 10 burpees). You must start out trying to get 15/15.
