WOD:

AMRAP in 9 minutes:

1 Ring Muscle-up

1 Squat Clean (Heavy)

2 Ring Muscle-ups

2 Squat Cleans

3 MU

3 SC

…. Keep adding 1 rep to each exercise until the 9 minutes are over..

 

**Modify MU with Ring Dips (use bands if needed). Do 2 Ring Dips for every 1 MU.
