Level 1 & 2 WOD:

21-15-9
Toes to Bar
Overhead Squat @ 75% of 1RM

MOD 1: 70% of 1RM, KTE

MOD 2: 65% of 1RM, Hanging Leg Raises

MOD 3: 50% of 1RM, V-ups

 

Post WOD Cool Down:

-Row 500m easy

– Practice Handstand Variations for 10 minutes

– Athlete Choice Mobility
