6 Pull-ups
4 Ring Dips

 

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: KTE, 1 abmat HSPU, 5 Jump to Transition +5 Ring Dips

MOD 2: Hanging Leg Raise, 2 abmat HSPU, 5 C2B PU + 5 Ring Dips

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: KTE, Regular Pushups, Green Band Pull-ups and Ring Dips

MOD 2: Hanging Leg Raises, Knee Clapping Pushups, Med. Black Band Pull-ups and Ring Dips

MOD 3: V-ups, Knee pushups (no clap), Large black band PU and RD
