Level 1 & 2 WOD:

TABATA:

Deadlift (185,125)

Hang Power Clean (135,95)

Front Squat (95,65)

Push Press (75,55)

 

**You will do all 8 rounds of one exercise before moving onto the next.  There will be a 1 minute rest break and change weights out between exercises. You will have 4 scores… the lowest # of each exercise completed on any given round.

MOD 1:  DL (155,105), HPC (115,75), FS (75,55), PP (65,45)

MOD 2: DL (135,95), HPC (95,65), FS (65,45), PP (45,35)
