Sled Pulls (4 reds men, 3 red women) (Down/Back =1)
Handstand Pushups

 

Level 1 WOD:

TABATA:
Row for Calories
Wall Jumps (Small)
Sled Pulls (3 reds men, 2 reds women) (Down/Back =1)
Kick to Handstand

MOD 1: 1 Abmat

MOD 2: 1 Abmat with a 15# plate underneath it

MOD 3: 2 abmats

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: Donkey Kicks (try to kick one foot up to the wall at least)

MOD 2: Jump to Support, Box HSPU

 

Post WOD Cool Down:

– 20 Lunges with dislocates

– Lacrosse ball shoulder blades and calves
