Strength:

2 warm-up sets of 3 reps Hang Power Cleans to work up to 75% mark…

1 x 3 Hang Power Cleans @ 75% of 1RM Cleans

1 x 2 Hang Squat Cleans @ 85% of 1RM Cleans

1 x 1 Full Squat Clean @ 95% of 1RM Clean

 

Level 2 WOD:

TABATA:
Push-ups
Toes to Bar
Air Squats

**You will do all 8 rounds of the push-ups, 10 second rest, and then start the 8 rounds of the Toes to Bar, 10 second rest and then start 8 rounds of Air Squats.
**You will have 3 scores… the lowest number on any given round of each exercise.

 

Level 1 WOD:

TABATA:
Knee Push-up
Hanging Leg Raises (Knee must get higher than hip)
Air Squats

**You will do all 8 rounds of the push-ups, 10 second rest, and then start the 8 rounds of the Hanging Leg Raises, 10 second rest and then start 8 rounds of Air Squats.
**You will have 3 scores… the lowest number on any given round of each exercise.
