Strength Session:


On the 30 second interval x 10 rounds, complete

1 Deadlift @ 85% of your 1RM

**In the remainder of the 30 seconds, complete as many lateral bar jumps as possible

**Rest 30 seconds before the next round begins

**Complete all 8 rounds of the first exercise before moving onto the next.  Only 10 seconds rest between exercises, so be prepared to shift gears.  You will have 5 scores today… the lowest # of reps on any given round of the TABATA.
