Team Round Robin WOD

**For this workout, each person on the team will start on a different WOD.  They will rotate in a clockwise direction until each person has completed all 4 WODs.  The total score for the team will be the total number of rounds and reps completed for all the WODS combined!

In teams of 4:
AMRAP in 5 minutes:
1 Rope Climb
5 Goblet Squats (70,53)
10 Kettlebell Swings (70,53)

Rest 1 minute then…

AMRAP in 5 minutes
15 Toes to Rings
30 Grasshoppers

Rest 1 minute: then…

AMRAP in 5 minutes
3 Ring Dips
6 Burpees
20 V-ups

Rest 1 minute: then…

AMRAP in 5 minutes:
20 Ground to Overhead with Plate (35,25)
20 second Wall-Sit
20 Weighted Sit-ups (35,25)
