50 Deadlift (135,95)

60 Sit-ups

70 Cleans (105,75)

80 Hollow Rocks

90 Snatch (75,55)

100 Toes to Bar


**Modify as necessary.  You can determine the rep scheme between you and your partner.  While one person works, the other person holds a plank on deadlifts, cleans, and snatch and holds a wall sit on situps, hollow rocks, and t2b.
