Rob DorrCoach

Rob grew up right outside of Chicago, IL. Rob spent many years playing all types of sports such as soccer, hockey, basketball, tennis, golf, track, and many more. He settled as a three sport varsity athlete in high school, playing soccer, hockey, and tennis. Upon getting to college, Rob, after being persuaded by many, picked up lacrosse where he became a two year captain and three year starter as a long-stick midfielder. Rob stuck around to coach for his college for two years until moving to Colorado. Rob got his master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and is currently a middle school counselor in Thornton. Rob also continued to coach in CO, picking up hockey and lacrosse teams.

Rob began CrossFit when many of his friends from back east continued to tell him about it and his wonderful wife, Justene, brought him to Crossfit Julia. As your CrossFit Coach, Rob will support you to achieve your goals, push you to keep going even when you don’t feel like you can anymore, and give you a big “Whooo!” when you have completed the last rep or time is called.
