Down/Back Sled Push (4 reds, 3 reds)

 

Level 1 WOD:

6 rounds for time:
10 Cleans (135,95)
Down/Back Sled Push (3 blues, 2 blues)

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: Cleans(115,75), Sled (3 reds, 3 blues + 10)

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: Cleans (75,55), any sled weight lighter than RX
