3 x 5 minute AMRAPs of:

5 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (Medium weight)

5 Push Press

5 Front Squats

2 Lateral Burpee over bar (over + back = 2)

Rest 3 minutes between rounds


**For today, the score will be the number of burpees you complete in each AMRAP.  So you will have 3 scores today.  Make sure you hustle through the 5,5,5 so you can get as many burpees as you can.  Use the same bar for the 5,5,5.
