Strength/ WOD prep:

Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups

3-3-1-1

**Do the designated number on each side, working up to as heavy as possible on each side. If you are able to do the 70# KB on each side, move to a barbell as needed.

 

Level 2 WOD:

3 rounds for time:
25 Wall Balls (20,16)
15 Overhead Squats (95,65)

 

Level 1 WOD:

3 rounds for time:
25 Wall Balls (14,10)
15 Overhead Squats (45,35)

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: WB (16,14), OHS (75,55)

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: WB (10,6), OHS (15# or PVC)
