THANKSGIVING DAY WORKOUT
With a partner complete:
100 Pull-ups – – – 100 Handstand Pushups
200 Sit-ups – – – 200 Supermans
100 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95,65) – – – 100 Push Press (95,65)
**Between you and your partner you will accumulate 100/200 reps of each exercise. Partner A will start at one station (i.e. Pull-ups) and Partner B will start at the other station (i.e. HSPU). You will do as many reps as you can in 1 minute. Then you will switch stations. Until you have reached the 100/200 reps you cannot move on to the next set of exercises. If you reach the 100/200 of one exercise before the other, that partner will hold a plank instead.
** Your score will be the total time to completion
MOD 1: Green Band Pull-ups/Abmat HSPU, Bars (75,55)
MOD 2: Black Band Pull-ups/Box HSPU, Bars (45,35)
