WOD/BOOTCAMP:

3 rounds for time:

200m Farmer Carry (carry two objects of different weights down at your sides.  The minimum any object can weight is 20#)

20 Deficit Pushups

30 V-ups

 

POST WOD Strength:

EMOM x 15 minutes:

1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat (link these together, do not set the bar down after the squat clean)

**Start at 70% or your 1RM and go up as you can
