1 minute rowing for calories
1 minute burpees
1 minute double unders
1 minute rest
**Try for as many reps as possible of EACH exercise, not just total score. Post total rep count of all exercises AND separate totals of calories scored for whole WOD, burpee reps for entire WOD, and double under reps completed for entire WOD. There will be no MODs for double unders today. DO NOT GET A ZERO, GET A PR!!
