AMRAP in 7 minutes
Goblet squats (same weight as KBS)
**Start with 3 reps of each, then 6 of each, then 9, etc… Keep adding 3 more reps each round. Score is one total number of reps completed.
POST WOD STRENGTH:
50 Front Rack Lunges (L+R=2)
*choose a weight that is very challenging for you to do sets of 8 or 10 with….Don’t make this easy
*use racks if space allows
