(This is her first set, but Caren worked up to a 65# overhead squat last week.  She has an amazing drive and a great attitude, which is going to serve her well in her CrossFit journey.  She does personal training sessions with Shawn, so if you still haven’t met her, introduce yourself the next time you see her!)

Level 1 WOD:

Run 800m buy in…

1 Rope Climb
20 Burpees
then…
Run 800m cash out

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: Only if doing 8 full rope climbs is out of your limits, you can do 1 full rope climb + 1 blue tape rope climb each round
