(Getting to the top takes hard work and perseverance.  Justine displayed that on Monday’s WOD.  She kept pulling and pulling, working and working, never giving up.  In the end she came out victorious and so will you!)

WOD:

Row 1000m

Rest 3 minutes

Row 1000m

Rest 5 minutes

2 minutes max Back Squats @ 80% of your 1RM or heavier

Rest 3 minutes

2 minutes max pull-ups

 

**Spirit of the WOD**

Row as fast as possible. Try to set the bar down as few times as possible on the lifts. No hand rips on pull-ups.  Efficient rest breaks and mental toughness.
