L-sit on rings
(modify with tuck holds, one leg in/out, or just holding up on rings with arms straight or a partial ring dip)
AMRAP in 7 minutes:
10 Sumo Deadlifts High Pulls
30 Double Unders
***This should be a sweat breaker WOD. Choose a light or medium light weight for the lift (maintain good form throughout so you don’t get hurt) and modify DU to lateral bar jumps so you can move through it quickly.
