**For this workout, you will have two scores. First is the total amount of weight lifted and the second score is the total time it takes to complete all 7 rounds. You only get one attempt at the lift each round and if you miss it, do not count the lift to your total score. You add weight each round after successful lifts, but you cannot go down in weight.
