Every minute in the minute x 12 minutes:
Odd minutes: 10 Thrusters (95,65)
Even minutes: 3/2 Rope Climbs

**If you fail to meet the required work within the minute, move to the next MOD down and do that for the remainder of the workout.

 

Level 1 WOD:

Every minute in the minute x 12 minutes:
Odd minutes: 8 Thrusters (45,35)
Even minutes: 6 Knees to Elbows

MOD 1: 8 Thrusters (95,65), 2/1 Rope Climbs

MOD 2: 6 Thrusters (95,65), 1/Blue Tape Rope Climbs

MOD 3: 10 Thrusters (75,55), 2 moves

MOD 4: 8 Thrusters (75,55), 1 move

MOD 5: 6 Thrusters (75,55), 8 Knees to Elbows
