Level 2 WOD:

EMOM x 30 minutes
4 Thrusters (95,65)
5 V-ups

 

Level 1 WOD:

EMOM x 30 minutes
4 Thrusters (45,35)
5 V-ups

POST WOD Grunt Work:

3 sets of a max set of strict handstand push-ups

**Rest 90 seconds in between sets, Use 1-2 abmats if you need.

2. If you are unable to do handstand pushups with 2 abmats, do 3 x 3 minute plank holds with 90 seconds rest in between
