Level 2 WOD

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
5 Thrusters @ 85% of 1RM Push Press
20 Double Unders
Push-ups (10 for men, 5 for women)

**We will be doing a strength session of 3×80%,85%,90% of 1RM Push Press.  Use the same weight you use for the middle set during strength for your workout.

 

Level 1 WOD

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
5 Thrusters (75,55)
10 Double Unders
5 Push-ups
