Strength:

Deadlift

5 sets x 5 unbroken reps

**Start at 50% of your 1RM and add weight to as heavy as you can for today.  All sets must be unbroken. BE THE MASTER OF TECHNIQUE.

 

WOD:

AMRAP in 6 minutes:

30 Double Unders

10 Toes to Bar

5 Cleans @ 70% of your 1RM

Rest 2 minutes:

Repeat the above work in REVERSE ORDER (cleans, T2B, DU) and use 80% on your cleans.  GOAL is to get the same score as you did on the first round or better.
