Each day comes with it’s own set of challenges.  Some days, just walking through the gym doors is an accomplishment.  Other days, we push ourselves to our absolute limit and succeed with flying colors.  No two days are the same and no set of life circumstances present the same challenges.  However, as long as we continuously give the best effort that we can possibly give, our results are sure to add up to HUGE VICTORIES.

We have a 5 steps to success at CrossFit Julia, that is followed, results are guaranteed.

3. Controlled Attention and Focus….. persistent action to move us continuously forward each day

4. Commitment

5. Habit

— Work your way , humbly, through these 5 steps are you are sure to find yourself in the best shape of your life, both mentally and physically.  Most of us will spend most of our time in step 3.  A consistent and persistent push to master each skill, improve our lifting techniques, and simply show up and do the work.  Without that step and being willing to change our old bad habits and ways of thinking, we can never truly become committed to making our goals and dreams come to life.

So get after folks.  Give your best each and every time and never sacrifice the gift you have been given to take it to the next level.
