Level 1 & 2 WOD:

3 Rounds for QUALITY:
3 x 80%, 2 x 85%, 1 x 90% of 1RM
**First Round :10 evil wheels in between sets
**Second Round: 10 supermans in between sets
**Third Round: 1 minute plank between sets
Rest 3 minutes after each 3,2,1 sequence

**The way this will work is that you will do your 3 reps, 10 evil wheels. Change your weights, do the 2 reps, 10 evil wheels, etc… After you finish the 1 rep, 10 evil wheels, WAIT 3 minutes to start over with the set of 3 @ 80% of your 1RM. This workout is for quality, so if you need adjust the percentages to performa high quality movement, do so. If you do a rep that is low quality, no rep yourself and make sure your quality is high.
