400 Calorie Row

**Every 2 minutes, all partners will complete 1 round of Cindy (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats)

**One rower per team. While one person is rowing, the other teammates will be doing:

a) Evil Wheels

b) Double Unders

**Switch which station you are on every 2 minutes after your Round of Cindy.
