Level 2 WOD:

Triple Unders
Strict Handstand Pushups

 

Level 1 WOD:

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Double Unders
Box Handstand Pushups (your head MUST touch the floor)

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: TU attempts, Kipping HSPU

MOD 2: 2x DU, 1 abmat HSPU

**Head to L1 from here and work the strength on the HS.  Get a high box and put your feet on it instead of your knees.

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: DU attempts, Strict Press with DB (35, 25 in each hand)

MOD 2: 4x Singles, Strict Press with KB (20, 18 in each hand)

 

Post WOD Cool Down

-Foam Roll or Lacrosse Ball on Calves

– Chest Stretch through doorway or rig

– Neck stretches (ear to shoulder)
