Reverse TABATA (10 seconds on, 20 seconds off, 8 rounds):

Reverse TABATA (10 seconds on, 20 seconds off, 8 rounds):

Shoulder Taps in Handstand position

**modify this as necessary with hand lifts or simply kicking and holding up

 

Part 1:

5 minutes of:
Turkish get-ups (50# DB, 35#DB)

Rest 1 minute

Part 2:
5 minutes of:
7 snatches (75,55)
7 push-ups

Rest 1 minute

Part 3:
5 minutes of:
Rowing  for calories

MOD 1: TGU (35#, 25#)

MOD 2: TGU (25#, 20#), Snatch (45,35)

MOD 3: TGU (10#), Snatch (15#), Knee Push-ups
