WOD:

Run 200m

Max reps Wall Balls (medium weight)

**Rest 1 minute between rounds

 

**on the call of Go, your 2 minute clock begins. Run your 200m and then in whatever time remains in the 2 minutes, complete as many Wall balls as possible. Rest 1 minute and then go again. Your score will be the total number of Wall balls completed across all 7 rounds.
