Level 2 WOD:

Triple Unders
Deficit Handstand Push-ups (3 reds, 2 reds)

 

Level 1 WOD:

21 Double Unders
7 Wall Walks (hips and thighs touch the wall)
15 Double Unders
6 Wall Walks
9 Double Unders
5 Wall Walks

 

Summer Bootcamp:

50-40-30-20-10

In between each row complete:

3 rounds of:

5 Wall Jumps

10 second L-sit

20 Lunges with Plate Overhead (45,35)

**Depending on how many athletes we have, we may change this slightly.

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: HSPU (2 reds, 1 red)

MOD 2: HSPU (1 red, 1 x 25#), TU Attempts

MOD 3: HSPU (no deficit, full ROM), 3x DU

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: DU attempts, Partial Wall Walks

MOD 2: 4x Singles, Kick to Handstand (7,6,5 with 2 second pause at top)
