5 minute push press (115,75)

REST 5 minutes and then….

3 Snatch @ 80% of your 1RM
50 Sit-ups
3 Snatch @ 85% of your 1RM
50 Sit-ups
3 Snatch @ 90% of your 1RM
**There is no rest between movements. You will have 3 scores today… A number of calories rowed, a number of push press completed, and the heaviest snatch you lifted. The second workout today is not for time, but for QUALITY.
