5 Push-ups
7 Box Jumps (24″,20″)
9 Wall Balls (14,10)

Post WOD Strength Session:

Snatch

3 x 80%, 85%, 90%

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: KTE, WB (16,14)

MOD 1: V-ups (no weight), Knee Push-ups, BJ (20″, 3 plates), WB (10,6)
