With a partner complete:
150 Wall Balls (20,14)
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Burpees
150 Wall Balls (20,14)

**You must switch partners every 10 reps. The 10 reps MUST be unbroken. If you get a no rep of you break your set–that means a pause of any kind, you must stop and immediately run 175m. BE HONEST and NO REP YOUR PARTNER IF THEY DESERVE IT**
