(Masha is having a great time getting pulled around by Kristen last Saturday.  Not sure Kristen is having as much fun, except for knowing how incredibly strong she is!  Way to go ladies!)

Level 2 WOD:

3 minute intervals x 12 Rounds

10 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)

Handstand Walk 40′ (1 length of the East Wing)

**In whatever time you have remaining in the 3 minutes, you get to rest

 

Level 1 WOD:

3 minute intervals x 12 Rounds

10 Kettlebell Swings (35,20)

2 Box Handstand Circles (One to the left and one to the right… see video below)

8 Burpees

**In whatever time you have remaining in the 3 minutes, you get to rest.  If you do not complete the work within the time frame, drop your KB and Burpee by 1 rep until you do complete the work with at least 30 seconds rest.

 

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: HS (20 Handstand Hip Touches, L+R=2)

MOD 2: HS (20 Handstand Shoulder Taps, L+R=2)

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: KB (20,18), HS Circles (6 Box Handstand Pushups)…make sure the head touches the floor
