WOD:

With a partner complete:

10-20-40-60-80-100 Scissor Kicks (L+R=2)

10 Lateral Stick Jumps (24″,20″)

15 Med. Ball Cleans (Heavy)

 

**Both partners will do the scissor kicks at the same time and each will do the required amount. Once those are complete, Partner A will complete the 10 stick jumps and 15 MB cleans. Partner B will hold a plank.  Next, both partners will complete the next set of scissor kicks (together and at the same time).  Now partner B will complete the stick jumps and cleans while partner A holds the plank.  Continue the pattern until all scissor kicks have been completed and each partner has completed 3 rounds of the other work.
