Often I find that one of the hardest parts of eating healthy is the amount of time is takes to prep the food I want to cook. I mean seriously, making a chili or salad requires so much time chopping vegetables into little bitty pieces and half the time they come out cooked unevenly. Some of them are raw, some are burned, and ultimately the dish just takes off.
Learning how to prep our vegetables properly not only saves us time chopping away, but it also creates a more delicious dish that is cooked to perfection.
