Level 2 WOD:
AMRAP in 20 minutes
With a partner:
30 V-ups
20 Kettlebell Swings (70,53)
10 Deadlift, Squat Clean, Squat Snatch Combos (1 combo = 1 DL, 1 SC, 1 SS) (135,95)
**Each person completes half the reps before the other person completes their half. Example… Partner A does 15 V-ups, then Partner B does 15 V-ups. Partner A does 10 KBS, partner B does 10 KBS, etc. While one person works, the other person holds a SIDE plank.

Level 2 MODS:
MOD 1: KBS (53,35), Combo (115,75)
MOD 2: KBS (35,20), Combo (95,65)

Level 1 WOD:
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
With a partner:
30 V-ups
20 KBS (35,20)
10 DL, Power Clean, Power Snatch Combo (75,55)
**Same instructions as level 2. If the side plank becomes too difficult, they can switch to a regular plank.
Level 1 MODs:
