Level 2 WOD:

50 V-ups
40 Pistols (L+R=2)
30 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

**If you finish under 7 minutes, start over at the top and complete a second round. 15 minute cutoff. If you DO NOT finish under 7minutes, stop after you have completed 1 round. Your goal is to get through 2 rounds, so hustle! If you finish the 2nd round in under 15, start over again because you can!

 

Level 1 WOD:

MOD 2: Pistols with ball + 1-25# plate underneath + med ball held out in front, Strict Chin over PU

MOD 3: Pistols to box, Kipping PU

MOD 1: Green Band PU

MOD 2: Med. Black Band PU

MOD 3: Lg. Black Band PU

MOD 4: Ring Rows
